1.1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

1.2. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This email will include your order number and details of your purchase.

1.3. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

2.1. Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
2.2. Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipping Locations

5.1. Unexpected Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, certain circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing, may cause shipping delays. We are not responsible for such delays.

6. Order Issues

6.1. Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@besober.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

6.2. Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@besober.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address. If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for the incorrect address and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
