Refund Policy

Refund Policy - how it works

1. Overview

At Be Sober, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

2. Returns

a. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

b. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards
Items purchased on sale or with a discount
Custom or personalized orders
c. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@besober.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at besoberclothing@gmail.com. We will process your exchange once we have received and inspected the original item. If the item you need is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

4. Refunds

a. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

b. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


5. Shipping Costs

a. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

b. Exchange Shipping: If you are exchanging an item, you may be responsible for paying shipping costs for the replacement item, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at besoberclothing@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
